In 2019, Julie Rohr, Libby Cohen, and Polly Wintergalen joined forces to create ROCO Luxury Homes. With over 30 years combined experience in the world of luxury real estate, ROCO Luxury Homes delivers next level knowledge of the luxury market, and expertise in sales and marketing to our clients. We are “hands on” agents providing services including staging, photography, videography, and floor plan creation to all of our sellers. We market extensively on many platforms including social media, print advertising, and website networking. Additionally, we are members of numerous local real estate networking organizations including Luxury Home Tour, Scottsdale/Carefree Home Tour, Arcadia Home Tour, North Central Home Tour, and Top Agent Network. Internationally, we are charter members of Realm; an invitation only networking and lead generation platform. Our brokerage, RETSY is an exclusive affiliate of Forbes Global Properties.

Representing buyers makes up nearly half of our sales volume. We rely on references from past clients as well as our extensive networks to generate new buyer representation opportunities. Meeting, getting to know, and working with new buyers and sellers who become friends, are the most satisfying and gratifying elements of selling real estate.
