About Maggie Cohen Botha

Maggie’s passion for real estate began at a young age, assisting her mother, Libby Cohen, with open houses and learning firsthand the value of relationships, preparation, and service. After a successful career in special education, Maggie transitioned into real estate, where her natural gift for helping people seamlessly carried over. In her first year, she exceeded expectations by selling four homes, and in her second year, she closed 13 properties with over $16 million in sales volume.

As a member of the ROCO team at The RETSY Brokerage, Maggie brings a strong work ethic, exceptional organization, and keen attention to detail to every transaction. She is deeply committed to creating a smooth, thoughtful, and stress-free experience for buyers and sellers alike.

Deeply involved in her community, Maggie is a member of the Fresh Start Auxiliary Board and serves on the RETSY Junior Leadership Board.
