We were new to the Phoenix/Scottsdale/PV area, and all we had was a price range and the vaguest ideas of what neighborhoods might be appealing from web searching. To make a long story short, we had a delightful time with her, from the very first session, and she helped orient us to the area quickly, and zeroed in wonderfully on what neighborhoods and sorts of house we might like as we learned the areas. She helped us find a beautiful property, and as we were out of town went far above and beyond in the frantic days before we put in an offer – doing a great Facetime walk-through with us watching from 800 miles away, scheduling our physical walk-through 24 hours later, and helping us put together the right offer 24 hours the day after that. We went from seeing the initial Zillow listing to having our offer accepted in just 5 days, and Christy gets a lot of credit for that. She helped us through various hiccups and difficult decisions over the following months leading to closing. Our Paradise Valley home was always intended as a winter home. We sadly decided we needed to sell it late in 2022. Without hesitation, we asked Christy to be our seller representative – not only did she know the house well, but we had seen her work so hard for us, and trusted that she would sell the house effectively. It was a difficult market at the time with interest rates having climbed so rapidly, and it took longer to sell than it did when we bought it. But Christy stuck with us as we tried to sell the house from afar – we felt terrible at how many times she had to drive from her home to ours, to show it, but also due to bad gardeners that we had hired Christy had to go far above and beyond to keep it looking top-notch. Christy went so far above and beyond, buying flowers at her own expense to replace ones that had died through gardener neglect, sweeping, and doing all that she could to help our home look great. She persevered, and when we finally got the offer that we eventually accepted, she helped us think through the offer and make the right decision. We would and do unequivocally recommend Christy. She knows the North Phoenix / Scottsdale / Paradise Valley areas intimately, as someone who has lived there her whole life and been an agent there for so long.
