About Tom Huthwaite

An East Coast native, Tom relocated from New York City to the Arcadia neighborhood in Phoenix with his wife in 2017. Following the birth of their third child, they moved north to be closer to their commercial real estate holdings and restaurant operations in Sedona. As of 2021, Tom and his young family reside year-round in Forest Highlands, just south of Flagstaff.

Specializing in the Forest Highlands market, and currently the only real estate agent living there full-time, Tom carries a unique perspective combined with extensive first-hand knowledge of the community and unparalleled accessibility. With a background in marketing and past success on the new construction side, as well as considerable experience in renovations, vendor relations, and property management, Tom’s vast proficiency in the industry as a whole makes him an invaluable asset to his clients.
