About Nolan Hynes

Nolan Hynes is a committed Arizona real estate professional with a strong foundation in marketing, finance, and architecture. Originally from Colorado, Nolan moved to Arizona for college, earning his degree from Grand Canyon University, and has called it home ever since. His passion for real estate started early, with lot's of Legos and working on family fix-and-flip projects, he gained valuable industry insight and a deep love for all things real estate.

As a two-time cancer survivor, Nolan is committed to helping his clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and resilience. He also actively supports cancer nonprofits, drawing from his personal experiences. Outside of work, Nolan enjoys playing basketball, traveling, cooking, and creating content on YouTube and social media. His slogan, "Living life with no limits and helping others do the same," embodies his approach to both life and business.
