About Maura Casey

Maura Casey’s name is synonymous with the luxury real estate market in Paradise Valley and North
Scottsdale. Her well-established reputation and market knowledge have made her a frontrunner in the
local residential real estate industry. With sales volumes in excess of $160M in the past 5 years; Maura
prides herself on service and attention to her clients’ every detail, which has led her to a broad base of
referral and repeat clients. Maura has created a “WOW” experience checklist and is constantly working
towards exceeding expectations. She will provide information that is appropriate for decision making
with a customized approach. Buyers and sellers entrust Maura to guide them through every step of the
real estate process.

Prior to joining RETSY, Maura was the Neighborhood Sales Manager for the Residences and Villas at
Mountain Shadows in Paradise Valley, AZ. With more than $120M in sales during her tenure there, she won
a MAME Award (Top Producer) from the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona and was recognized
as one of the Top 100 agents in MLS. She was previously President and Designated Broker of a local real
estate brokerage specializing in condominium sales and development. Although a licensed broker for more
than 30 years, Maura also has experience in commercial appraisal, project management and construction,
land acquisition and entitlement processes. Maura specializes in the luxury markets of Paradise Valley and
North Scottsdale. She has earned the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist through
the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has earned Membership in their Million Dollar Guild.
Maura moved to Arizona after earning her Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in College Station,
Texas. She has two grown daughters and 5 grandchildren. Maura is passionate about giving back to the
local community and is actively involved in charities throughout the Valley.
