Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Kim attended Arizona State University. Following her graduation, she became the District Director for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in San Jose, California and Houston, Texas. After moving back to Phoenix in 2006, Kim’s skills learned in event planning and attention to detail, along with working with others, made the transition to real estate an easy one where she began as an appraiser in her family’s business. Later, in 2009, Kim transitioned into becoming a licensed agent. While working for her previous brokerage, Kim was awarded the Diamond Award for being a top producer. Kim’s knowledge of the appraising world gives her an advantage in working with both buyers and sellers in obtaining the best possible price.
Kim lives in Arcadia with her husband, Jake Smith, and their 3 kids who are all very active in the community. Besides real estate and family, Kim dedicates her free time to giving back as much as possible. She has sat on the women’s board for Boys Hope Girls Hope, chaired Copa Health’s Gala in 2020 and is now currently sitting on the Board for Camelback’s National Charity League chapter.
