About Kerrin Phillips

Kerrin started her career as a Real Estate Agent in 2024 after moving from Lake Oswego, Oregon to Paradise Valley, Arizona with her family in 2023 and investing in a new construction family residence for her, her husband and two young boys.

 

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Kerrin studied Engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA and worked as a Process Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) at high tech corporations in Portland, Oregon out of school. In 2018 Kerrin became an International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) Professional Athlete and started a business as a Fitness & Nutrition Coach with certifications in Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Kerrin coached and trained athletes and lifestyle clients from all over the world and then took her business 100% online in 2020 when she had her first son. Upon moving to Arizona, obtaining her Real Estate license a few months later, and joining RETSY, Kerrin has now immersed herself in the world of Real Estate and is passionate about being a full-time REALTOR® for her clients.

 

Kerrin realizes the importance of having a relationship with clients that is reliable, knowledgeable and honest through the process of purchasing and selling real estate and is excited to offer clients the same enthusiasm and support she would like to have in her own personal real estate transactions.

Kerrin’s husband is a local business owner in the Scottsdale area where they are excited to raise their two boys and enjoy taking their dog, Clifford, on long walks and hikes. Kerrin is passionate about where she lives, making meaningful connections with others, and helping clients navigate the local real estate market as their number one advocate. It’s extremely important to her that every client receives the upmost consideration and respect upon hiring her to ensure their experience purchasing or selling real estate with her is positively unmatched.
