About Babbi Gabel

Babbi has been specializing in single-family luxury real estate and high-end luxury condos for more than 30 years. She has over 20 years of experience working with one of the valley’s leading luxury home builders where she consulted in the planning, layout, and design of several new home projects. She has sold more than 2,000 homes throughout the valley in some of the premier master-planned communities. Babbi holds both designations of Scottsdale Area Expert and Certified Resort & Second Home Specialist and has an in-depth understanding of the Phoenix Metropolitan housing market. Babbi is regularly asked to speak on various panels throughout the valley and has served as tour director for the Luxury Home Tour. A combination of concierge level of service, expert negotiation skills, and a passion for what she does has helped her clients achieve their goals. She is one of the leading agents in AZ, with a sales volume surpassing ONE Billion Dollars in her 34-year career.

 

Originally from Lake Forest, Illinois, Babbi relocated to Arizona to attend the University of Arizona where she studied Business & Marketing. Her husband Barry is a native of Paradise Valley and is also in the real estate industry specializing in investment sales with CBRE. Together they have two beautiful children. In her free time, Babbi enjoys golfing at the Arizona Country Club, philanthropic work with Phoenix Children’s Hospital, The Warner & Shirley Gabel Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix, and Childhelp.
