Julie Rohr’s real estate “story” is one of mutual attraction. Growing up in an idyllic college town south of Minneapolis, Julie watched her father grow a highly successful residential home building business, where the demand for an “Arnie Nelson-built” home became bragging rights for new homeowners. After raising seven children, her mother got into another area of residential home sales, becoming one of the top Realtors in her sphere. Both parents instilled a strong work ethic in Julie, where honesty, accountability and “going beyond the call of duty” was the only way to work. An unimpeachable reputation was everything.

 

After obtaining BA degrees (magna cum laude distinction) in both Industrial Relations and German, Julie worked in a variety of professions that would ultimately lead to unparalleled success in Luxury Home Real Estate Representation in Arizona. Industrial Relations prepared her for tough negotiations. As a natural-born salesperson, Julie achieved record success during a relatively brief stint in luxury retail sales, beginning in Saks Fifth Avenue’s children’s department and rising to client-only sales in the “Fifth Avenue Club” in just one year. As the Director of a Private Family Foundation in Minneapolis, she was responsible for overseeing charitable giving to some of the top non-profits in the country, including the Supreme Court Historical Society and numerous Universities and Law Schools. Speaking to and meeting with Members of the Judiciary, Deans of Education and Captains of Industry gave Julie the poise and courage to socialize or do business with just about anyone - those qualities that only come through experience. 

 

Upon relocating to Arizona in 2006, Julie desired to become a Real Estate Professional. It felt very natural, based upon her past business and sales experiences. What happened next was nothing short of amazing - Julie found her passion, for which she has been highly rewarded, both financially and intrinsically.  Simply put, the Real Estate Profession liked her, and she liked it. In a relatively short period of time, Julie rose to become one of the top ranked Realtors in Arizona. Much of her business now comes from referrals (thank you, Great Clients!) but Julie’s motto is always “Treat Everyone the Same” in business, whether they are a new client or a referral. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer needing much “hand holding” or a client selling their fifth multimillion dollar home asset, Julie always commits 100% to being open, honest, available and dedicated to getting her clients where they want to be. She truly, truly loves her work
