About Corrie Wichterman

Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Corrie Wichterman started her real estate career while in college. Corrie has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego. Corrie had planned to go to law school but fell in love with Real Estate. Corrie began her career learning new home sales in San Diego and even worked in commercial acquisitions. Corrie moved to Phoenix in 2007 shortly after meeting her husband, commercial real estate broker, Eric Wichterman. Together they have three daughters and 3 dogs. Corrie began her career in Phoenix with rentals and resale homes.

 

She has knowledge of development and has been apart of the acquisition and development of The Sycamore in Arcadia. Corrie also has experience with new construction builds. Whether it is working with a luxury home listing, first-time homebuyer, or seasoned investor, Corrie prides herself on her unparalleled service and attention to detail. With an aptitude for problem-solving, Corrie’s strength is the ability to navigate her clients through a transaction with clarity and ease. Her focus has always been to establish long-standing client relationships based on commitment and results.

 

In Corrie’s free time she loves taking spin classes at The Madison, hiking, cooking, traveling, attending her daughter's sports events, and volunteering at St. Thomas The Apostle School.
